Yes, all of my lessons are one-on-one and individualized to meet each student’s needs.

While online tutoring is not the preferred method for Orton-Gillingham instruction, during OCVID, I began offering tutoring services through Zoom. Still, I found that my students saw great progress in their learning due to the systematic nature of the program. Therefore, I do offer online sessions and will continue to do so in the future.

Yes, my intake evaluation assesses the student’s reading level, orthographic processing, phonological awareness, penmanship, and knowledge of basic spelling, and pattern rules. I am not qualified to make a diagnosis of a learning disability. However, I can help you to pursue further testing through a local education psychologist. These results will inform the starting point in our structured language program.
